If you getting the below error message, when you are trying to send an eKey. Please check the following:
" Error Operation returned an invalid status code 'Unauthorized' "
- It means there is already an email or mobile number attached to this eKey -> check your eKeys list and update the credentials to 'EXACTLY' match the user's email and mobile address which they've logged in with. OR delete the ekey completing and try again.For example:
User login details: "User@gmail.com / +61488 888 888"
The Sent eKey details : "user@gmail.com / +61488 888 888"You will get an error. In this instance, modify the email address to all lowercase.
