Function

This function allows you to control the floors a staff or guest has access to.

Free Floor 

  • *This is noted in the software as Pink Box
  • Allows any lift user access to the floor. eg Ground Floor and/or Basement etc

Controlled Floors

  • *This is noted in the software as White Box
  • Only appropriate cards/ credential holder will have access to this floor. eg Guest Room Floors

Process

  1. On the top drop-down menu: Lift System Management  > Make Lift Running Card. 
  2. You will see all the floors available to control.
    • Double click on the floor numbers you want to have free and controlled
      • Free Floor – *This is noted in the software as Pink Box
      • Controlled Floors –*This is noted in the software as White Box
  3. Once you have selected your controlled & free floors select Issue Card
  4. Take this card and tap it on the lift. The reader will sound an alert to say the update has been completed
  5. Helpful Hint

    • You can create multiple Lift Running Cards for different access when required and leave in a safe place
      • Make sure you label the cards appropriately
      • Just tab the card over the reader to alternate between the different Lift Running Cards
    • These cards do not expire. You can delete from the software or re-write on them
