How to Resolve
In the event that you have forgotten your four digit App code.
- Delete the App from your mobile device
- Reinstall the App on your mobile device
- Log-in with the same "Username", "Mobile number" and "email"
- When you get to enter your four digit App code, enter the new code and when prompted re-enter your new code
Notes:
- By deleting and reinstalling your KAS App, none of your Lock's stored setting will be affected
- Once signed into the App, you can disable the four digit login step
