Power Cycle NEO Lock
1) Take only one battery out from the back.
2) Put your palm or four fingers and hold it on the keypad/face of the lock.
3) Now put the battery back in while holding the palm/fingers on the face.
4) Let go palm/fingers from the lock.
Please make sure you set the clock of the lock after doing the power cycle on the lock. Click here
Power Cycle NEO ACR
1) Power off, the NEO ACR.
2) Wait for at least 30 seconds.
3) Power the ACR back on.
Please make sure you set the clock of the ACR after doing the power cycle on the ACR. Click here
Power Cycle Gateway
1) Power the gateway Off
2) Wait for 15-20 seconds.
3) Power the gateway on.
Power Cycle Platinum Lock
1) Take the battery compartment out of the lock.
2) Wait for 1 minute.
3) Put the battery compartment back in.
