      1)  Plug Programmer into the computer using the USB-encoder's cable.
      2)  Open LMS Software
      3)  Select Upload Data (top left of page)
      4)  Select Download Lock Data
      5)  Wait for confirmation message
      6)  Once complete, disconnect the Mobile Programmer.
      7)  Close the software
      8)  Connect the USB Encoder
      9)  Reopen Software

Encoder will not function if you do not close the software and reopen after you have disconnected the mobile programmer.
