This error means there may be a connection issue between one of the following
  1. Gateway
  2. Online node 
  3. Lock/ACR
To resolve this issue, please try the following steps
  1. Check the connections of all 3
  2. Power cycle the gateway Click here
  3. Power cycle the lock/ACR Click here, make sure you set the clock of the lock/ACR after Click here
  4. Contact KAS for further troubleshooting if you are still experiencing this issue
